Enter a code you’ve received to see the item that will be awarded. You can then proceed to redeem the item to apply it to your account.
13+ only. Codes may be distributed via email, social channels or other sources. Microsoft is not responsible for lost codes or delivery issues. Entitlements are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
No. If you have a 5x5 code for an Xbox product (formatted as 25 characters split into five blocks), it can be entered at https://www.xbox.com/redeem.
Once you redeem your code, your item will be added to your game inventory. You may need to log out and back in to see the item.
Please double-check the code you have entered. Some codes are limited by date, region or account. If the code is still not working, ensure that it hasn't expired and that you are using it in the correct region.
No, items redeemed with a code are non-transferable and can only be used on the account where the code was redeemed.
