The Prettiest Bug In SOT?

    This is the first time I've had this bug but I've heard my friends mention it when they've gotten it before, as it doesn't affect everyone in game... Pics should be self-explanatory

    I've had this happen once 👌🏻 there was all kinds of c**p that was wrong with that session though lol everything needed a reset, but i kept playing and witnessing bugs I've not seen since 🤣 i wish i could remember what else happened...

    It is very blue!
    I have had this happen also, it was accompanied by lag spikes as well as other crew getting almondbeard. Could be server side or related to your connection to the servers

    Yeah, I've seen this a few times myself but not for well over a month. Last time I saw this (on XBOX) my crew mate at the time (on PC) wasn't seeing the blue sea so I sent her a screenshot.

    It didn't seem to affect anything else, as far as I could tell. And it was only in the Wilds (my guess is that it loaded in the wrong textures for the sea there). We voyaged to the Ancient Isles for a bit and that was normal, but blue sea was still in the Wilds when we returned later on.

    Very weird looking but very pretty, so I wouldn't complain if I got this bug again. I took plenty of screenshots as well!

    I had this once and it was beautiful, maybe in the future we can have green and pink too. Maybe when you drink too much grog?! 🍻

    Me and my Quartermaster encountered this a while back, also in the Wilds. You're definitely right in calling it the Prettiest Bug, it really livened up the otherwise gloomy and eldritch Wilds for a spell.

    In my view it's not pretty, and it's actually kind of sad that bugs like these (which have been present for a very long time), have not yet been resolved.

    I don't know why but your avatar suits you...

    There are far worse bugs in the game and this didn't impact my gameplay at all, plus how can you say that deep blue sea isn't pretty!?

    I’ve seen a few posts like this since launch. I’m amazed I’ve never came across after playing for hundreds of hours. It actually looks pretty great to be fair!
