I was thinking of this for a chest the other day, id call it the "chest of pain" and with this it screams really loud (like a siren) can be male or female and when this is happening your toons enter a blurry state, (like all drunk) but at same time all game sounds are blocked out, this then can cause issues like cant hear when megs about, being boarded or cannons firing from islands, game sounds play a big role and if your disoriented this could be an interesting issue
