Like the idea of an Ashen Wind's Skull, The Sea Gale Skull could be a skull that breaths wind only, it doesn't damage any player, but instead makes the ship go faster if used on the sails. Also they can be sold for a high/low price depending on how spent the skull is.

Awesome idea for a skull. Accelerating the ship and pushing people off deck. Sounds like a really clever rare pick up tool to implement.
Honestly, this ticks a lot of clever boxes. I can’t believe I’ve never seen it suggested before. Which is the sign of a great idea - inventive yet seemingly inevitable.
I shall upvote this wholeheartedly.
P.S - the name needs work. But the idea is amazing
@aribalam maybe they could add some new lore. Because this sounds like a genuinely fun mechanic. And we know Rare likes those.

Adding a skeleton lord that controls wind doesn’t really fit the lore of the game

Nope. Sorry. As easy as it is to have a ashen wind skull. No need for a speed boost for chasers or runners to be given this.
That's the exact point, either sell for money or have it aid you in combat/escape.

no thank you it's fine the way it is if we where to have new weapons i would like a musket with out a scope and only one bullet with said musket
