    I do not meet this problem because I already participate in the closed beta, but, my friends who want to try the open beta have exactly the same problem, so to do with the dev

    If you are receiving the "Pending" or "Unauthorised" message on the PC or Xbox versions of the Xbox Insider Hub, your application to be an Insider has not yet finished being processed. This can take up to 24 hours to complete.

    If after 24 hours you still having issues, please contact Xbox support: https://support.xbox.com*

    So it will probably take some time. Real shame, would really like to play right now.

  • @thecryingpiano ah so it's the xbox hub insider registration? because it seems many reporting here are already "SoT insiders"

  • @salmonship46241 That is correct, the process here is to enrol you into the Xbox Insider program for this game, which is separate to the SoT Insider which was a thing to get you access to the game before December 1st.

    Do you know if the Xbox insider /Xbox hub is the only way to acces the game if you pre-ordered the game but didn't play the beta?

  • @salmonship46241 It is, unfortunately, unless you already had the client downloaded from a previous beta or alpha in which case you just need to update them.

  • Anyone already got access to the stress test without being a member of the closed beta and registered TODAY in the insider Xbox hub ?

    If not, let's just pray ... :'(

  • Well the horrible MS-Support seems flooded or the translation tool for Employees is down. They dont respond at all. Im in the endless circle of support it seems

  • The Insider crew is working on it.

  • @higuy6678 It is something at Microsoft's end that will just click into place and individual to each user so Rare has no idea on a case by case basis who should be working... its just a case of keep trying - popping back to the insider hub to see if the Pending has gone.

    Devs have nothing to do about it, its not a game problem its Xbox insider hub :)
