He is well studied in a number of medical and scientific fields but is driven by a thirst to know more.
Naveed wishes to reach the Sea of Thieves based on romors of the unique vegetation that grows there, in hopes of discovering new cures to ailments that plague the wider world.
Naveed's medical practices and advice often appear strange to the unlearned. Perhaps chief among his quirks is his insistence that bananas are a miraculous natural cure-all.
