1/2 sticks butter lard
1 pound turtle meat bigist ones we can cach of corse
Salt and freshly-cracked pepper
2 onions, diced rasons
6 stalks celery, diced p**s (Pe-es)
30 cloves garlic, minced beer cud work?
3 bell papers, diced shud by ok with just the p**s (Pe-es)
1 tablesspoon dried thyme, ground flour for suprisin tekschur
1 Melt lard and cook meat first until its dark.. ...then add salt
2 Stir with beer for 20 minits until all dride up
3 Add moar beer and p**s and keep stirin for 20 minits
4 Boil in water for haf an hour probly
5 Drop moar beer (or vinigur) and cook 20 minits
6 Stir cook and tast evry now and agin until alrite for eatin
