Basically, I wanna take screenshots of the game from time to time. And I cant use snipping tool for sea of thieves. So, how can i do multiple screenshots on the same game, without minimizing it, like it would with the printscreen key... if there isnt a way for that, maybe implement a screenshot butting to save it to your computer files?
Screenshot button for PC sea of thieves?
@cheatingpirate I use sharex with screenshot active window bound to my pause break key on the keyboard when I want to take screenshots of the games that I am playing at the time.
That said on the topic of having a button I would like to have a bind that I can dedicated to a key that is not always used to toggle the hud on and off for when I do want to take screenshots so that I don't have to go all the way into the options menu to do so especially in the case of in action ones where I won't have the time to go through all the menu navigation for them.

@cheatingpirate Yeah why not have a function key like "F12" for screenshots as in other games?
The Win + G is too slow and cumbersome to capture the precise moment.F12 for me is used for steam screenshots lol
@cheatingpirate and @TH3xR34P3R
I think you both might be younger than I.
In 2002 games like Medal Of Honor used "F12". Another common one was "F10".
Common keys were "F5" and "F6" for save game and load game for many games of that era.@crimsonraziel Only found out about that last night... being an old-school geek I was print screening then opening up paint, pasting and saving!
This is a much better solution.
@Crimsonraziel
Isn't just pressing one key "F12" easier than a combo of keys?
MOHAA would save all screens as TGA format in the game's "screenshots" folder and automatically number them in sequence. It couldn't possibly be any easier.@admiral-rrrsole said in Screenshot button for PC sea of thieves?:

@Musicmee Don't feel so bad. I disabled the windows gamebar, ignore nVidia shadowplay, and stick to the old-fashioned PrtScr button myself. The only downfall to using prtscr and mspaint, for me, is I have 3 monitors so all 3 screens end up in my capture. Nothing a little editing can't fix, though, lol
@cheatingpirate
I use Gadwin PrintScreen which @lizalaroo told me about, it's bound to the prnt scr button and saves automatically where i want it to, there are also options to capture full screen/ window etc.One of the things I'd love is if we could bind the Hide UI to a single key rather than having to go through the menu.

I was doing something similar, but pasting into imgur instead of paint. Only works when I'm on a single monitor setup though. This will be much easier not having to alt tab!

Sharex has the option to auto upload to imgur and give you a link and the deletion link when you right click on the uploaded version, I do it manually since I have albums I manage for my screenshot database and what not for archiving everything else locally to prevent accidental uploads.
