    @closinghare208 If you are talking about this book, this is a mysterious journal and these appear randomly on different islands. They also come with a random voyage with it.

    @closinghare208 This one I found on Mermaid's Hideaway, it was on the NE tip of the island and I believe it was next to a skeleton.
