How many quests do i have to do?Get the skeletons and do some missions, altough i don't think you can buy those missions anymore. I believe they where time-limited when the Roar launched.
And how do i see my already done commendations?
You can see your commedations by pressing TAB on PC (no idea on Xbox)

You need the Master Devil's Voyager commendation to buy the clothing and equipment items. This is found in the Bilge Rats - Forsaken Shores category.

I realllyyyyy hope they do, as the weapons and ship items are just so awesome, I would get them all right now if they were available. Fingers crossed, pleeeese bring back the Forsaken Shores campaign again, even if just for a limited time. 🔥👏😇👍🙇♀️🤞

But surely they should do something, like maybe bring it back with slightly different weapons and ship items to be purchased, but still in the setting of the Forsaken Shores style (fire/lava glow). It's a big part of the map and a part of the game, so having some sort of Forsaken ship set and weapons should still be offered, somehow. There have been tons more players over the last several months since SoT got revived with lots of new content compared to when it first released in early 2018. Now there's lots of newer players (like myself) that missed a lot of great content because we didn't play it back then.
I agree, like you said, maybe leave that set of weapons and ship items "retired" as it was a limited time thing. But hopefully they make a new Forsaken Shores event. I'd still love to be able to go for weapons and a ship set with this theme. That cutlass is probably my personal favorite that I've seen in the game so it's sad to me that I can't get it now. 😌
