Add favouriteing weapons and cosmetics so u can put them on easier

@capttsloth This has been requested so many times through the years it's insane.
In a game which only has cosmetics as its progression and monetization system, you would think that they would have a highly advanced cosmetic search/favorite tool.
I think at this point Rare is just trolling us by not having it.
