which one do you most want? I want the leviathan because the storyteller said something impossible. And why would a giant shark be awesome its like a normal shark but bigger. But of course you can add a sense of mystery buy making it look scarier,but it won't help. On the leviathan should be the new threat because it has history in pirate folklore. And the megalodon doesn't.

A Megalodon be nowt but an big extinct fish. The Leviathan, like the Krakan, be a thing o' legend. If that be the world we sail in, I would prefer the same tone movin' forward.

Any and all Sea Monsters are welcome as far as I'm concerned. Just as long as the frequency remains the same as the Krakon, variety is the spice of life!
He'll even Moby Dickinson would.be cool. Like he does 8 drive byes and the encounter is about repairing and bailing.
I'm sticking to the Megaladon prediction as that drawing was clearly a shark of some kind. What I will say however is I don't think it's just going to look like a typical shark like the one from Ark which I guess is what most imagine. Just like Rare made modifications to the Kraken I expect there to be a few modifications to the Megaladon as well.

Storyteller wasn't talking about a specific monster, he was talking in general terms... He means there are impossible things in the deep, which only means this AI threat coming isn't the only one Rare is going to add, more to come in the future.
However, the cartoon visual examples in the cave drawing depict a specific Megalodon-shaped creature devouring an entire human along with the longboat the human was on. Oh and by the way, a Leviathan is a Sea Serpent, a rather large one, given the visuals, i doubt it's a leviathan.
Seeing as the visuals are the most specific information revealed in the teaser, i'm gonna have to go with Megalodon.

The scale between a Megalodon and human shown in the cave drawings match a Megalodon, that's for sure.
That being said, there's a sneak peak picture from somewhere where you see the top fin of this Megalodon-size monster, and from the looks of it, it may be a Megalodon made of stone. o_o

Leviathan is originally a giant sea serpent... Now seeing as they got the Kraken somewhat correct, i doubt they'd disrespect the basic description of a leviathan.

No, the storyteller mentions there are more sea creatures out there. Meaning Rare will add more, in the future, like i said.
