It's been almost a month since I last saw either a Banana, Plank or Cannonball crate. Why are they so rare and can you please spawn them more? Thanks!
Crates are ultra rare, spawn more!
@horizonlegendo they are rare, however it is easier to simply go to the merchant to get them if you are tasked with them in a quest.
@smootwala That's what I'm saying, they are so rare that they are never in quests. They are more rare than all the legendary quests combined.

@horizonlegendo understood. I've only been getting them from message in a bottle and thought I had them in merchant quests prior. Perhaps that will be adjusted in future patches.

There should be more of them spawned in the environment. They are rarer than the cursed chests. Hell I have been playing since release and never seen the plank one before. Does it even exist, there is an accolade for it I thought.
Also. I find books on shore all the time. I have only been able to interact with 1 throughout my adventures. It was memorable thought 7 X marks the spot chests on one little island.

The reason they are so rare is to stop players from stock piling them as extra supplies
