I know it sounds silly but I'd love it so much if I could one hand fish on my keyboard. WASD to fight the directions after casting and a button to reel in when the fish is tired would be nice instead of reaching over to my mouse.
Why would I not be using my mouse? Well it's easy to zone out and often seems like a good time for just one little sip of coffee. It'd be a real quality of life improvement that seems insignificant but I bet more people would notice than you'd think!
