I turned in hundreds of items the past couple of days to the Reapers hideout and I didn’t get a stat increase for the items turned in.. The Stats within the Achievement menu are supposed to increase whenever something is cashed in. Is this bugged or is this because I sold it the Hideout instead of shopkeepers???

In order to increase reputation for delivering items, they must be turned in to the proper faction. For example, if you deliver a Captain's chest to the Gold Hoarder faction you will increase your Gold Hoarder reputation.However, if you deliver your Captain's chest to the Reaper's Hideout, you will NOT increase your Gold Hoarder reputation because you aren't turning it in to the Gold Hoarders. You will, however, get paid twice as much gold.

If you're talking about the in game commendations, you do get those. Sometimes they can lag behind. If they do not show up withing a few hours to 1 day, you can put in a support ticket, but I am sure you will get them soon.

@Guns-Rx The achievements in a game are usually programmed to update when a set requirement has been met. However, when games receive new content in the form of updates or DLC, the requirements are not always updated.
So for example: unlocking the achievement of cashing in 360 villainous skulls, would still need to meet the original requirements set (cashing in at an outpost).
This is what has probably happened.
