Strawberrybeard, Lavenderbeard, Coralbeard, anything but Functioningbeard!

    Coming back to Sea of Thieves since early in the April 2020 update, and all of a sudden I can't get in. When I try to get past the title screen (on PC) I get any one of the 3 -beard errors when I try to log in.

    I've attempted to troubleshoot the issue by getting any updates available through Windows Store, and rebooting my computer. It hasn't made a difference.

    Back in March I solved a similar issue by COMPLETELY REFORMATTING MY COMPUTER AND INSTALLING ONLY SEA OF THIEVES. I would really like that to NOT be the only way to play the game after a break...

    Does anyone here have any tips on getting this to work? Pc Players, how do you deal with this?

    Sounds like connection issues somewhere on your end.

    Strawberry is authication with xbox/microsoft servers.

    Mainly caused by the servers being down for maintenance. This can also be caused by Firewall and Antivirus updates blocking the game client, or ISP connection issues.

    Coralbeard is also a connection issue.

    Have you checked with your ports, antivirus, router/modem and things to make sure you can get a stable connection?
