setting to revert to old radial menu

    I play on pc, and was very keen to the old radial menus compared to the new ones, I feel that it would be a good idea to add a setting that allows you to revert to the old radial menus

    @remoteliss agree, They tried to fix something that wasn't broken,
    All besides the strategy chat Is uselss (and also it)
