[Steam Version] The game freezes when change the window and it's so annoying

I was playing this version and I love it but with this patch is unplayable, I played with 2 monitors when I change the window and I came back to the game it freezes like 3 seconds and it's so annoying cuz if I want move fast for battle or move the ship I lose the time this happened in the 2 modes "full screen and windowed" and you need add a "Borderless Windowed" this is not happened with the Microsoft Store Version.
