Probably a month ago Rare released a morningstar set, I think that this is a great idea as it's a pretty good set to me.
But I believe Rare could developp this idea more and expand this set to ship customisation, equipment, ...
This set would be exclusive to daily bounties only.

Are you perhaps referring to the Rising Morningstar clothing that was added? I believe these were added only in lieu of the Morningstar cosmetics that are only available in the Revenge of the Morningstar Tall Tale.
However, I do think there is still room to add some other items in both sets. Maybe we'll get more Tall Tales Retold events to unlock them at some point.

This set would be exclusive to daily bounties only.I like the idea, and it'd be nice to have a set that repeats regularly through the daily challenges at lengthy intervals (like 1 piece each month).
@galactic-geek Maybe one piece per month is not enough, you had tons of clothings available when it came out.
So why not do the same, from time to time just release a pack of 6 items seperated through 3 challenges so 2 cosmetics per bounty completed
