Hello, I have been playing Sea of Thieves for a long time and every since we got the shop I only managed to access it twice. Every time I log I try to see if I can access and it always shows me the same thing. Says i'm unable to connect to the pirate emporium and to check my connection. Does anyone know what can I do to fix this. Ps.: Me, my husband and our friend all experience the same problem and we live in separate continents. See screenshot here - link text

@lilavaroli The only time I had that problem, I was signed into Microsoft with one account and signed into Sea of Thieves with another account. Once I signed into Microsoft with my SOT account I could access the emporium again.
@lilavaroli Yeah, I was thinking I got a different message than you, sorry. Have you checked with support? Hope you can get it solved. I looked at your pic... that is the same message I got after all. Maybe try signing out of Microsoft and signing back in?

Since you mentioned 'continents', you don't happen to live in a country that doesn't have Microsoft Store support or trying to play through some type of VPN? Does the Microsoft Store app work and/or did you buy Sea of Thieves digitally through Microsoft Store, XBox or Steam?
If you're in a supported region and not using a VPN, you could double check that your computer time/timezone are set correctly. If that doesn't work, you'd probably have to contact Sea of Thieves support for further help.

Since the start of this week also no access to the emporium on my XBox one s, haven't checked my PC.....
Same accounts for SoT and MS.
Just some feedback, just checked on the PC and I can access the emporium from there but not from my XBOX....
