Increase Treacherous plunder Spawn rate

@ian333333 just remember, if your using bait, you cant get treacherous plunder.

Go to hidden spring or crows nest when they aren't active and fish for plunder. its quick-ish.

I did it when it first came out and have been helping a buddy do it lately it's alot worse now then before as you get ashen keys adds more rng to the mix

3 of us were fishing in the pond on crows nest for over half an hour and caught 0 (I know you can only catch it without bait) we were pulling our rods out rather than Wasting time catching pondies

@ian333333 how many keys and planks did you guys pull. that is on the same pool.

Might as well make it easier. Increase spawn rate of everything. Make game easier for those who hate spending time grinding for no reason.

Well either that or reduce the requirement in line with rare fish to 10 not 50, it’s still a grind

@peteloaf777 blackcloud wreckers need a storm so fishing them is "rare" in the sense you need a storm over a wreck which for me lately isnt often. But it is not my opinion to change the commendation. Tho I have noticed treacherous treasure have become more of a pain to acquire so giving it a bit of a higher chance to get would be making me a tad happier.
