How do i check why i was banned?

I literally only play and interact in this game with my girlfriend as we sail a 2 person sloop. We recently got the xbox gamepass and love cooperative gaming so we thought we would give this game a try. After playing for three days I wake up today and find that I have been banned (yellowbeard). I contacted support on this website and was told that I was banned due to toxic behavior for 72 hours. This is by no means a lengthy ban but the real issue is that I don't even know what I was banned for. I don't use the type in chat thing and my girlfriend and I don't talk to other players because we actively avoid them due to our lack of sword and gun skills. So basically I am guilty until proven innocent for something I didn't even do? What a joke.
