Bug Report - Cursed Rogue Tall Tell Broken

    Twice now in trying to do this tall tell either the Skeleton Key Captain didn't spawn or the Skeleton Chest Captain. First was on Snake Island second was on Crooks Hollow. Tried sailing away and coming back, killing myself and even hard dumping from session and rejoining. Was solo running Sloop. Very, very frustrating and time consuming. Please fix.

    I did this tall tale with my buddy on stream and we didn't have any issues. Our islands were key at snake, chest at lookout, briggsy at mermaids. This was Tuesday.

    I recently completed this 3 times with no bugs. Are you absolutely certain you were on the right island? Are you using a guide to find the island or guessing based on the images?

    Yes, positive. I've completed the tall tell a few times already. This happened while going for completion #4. I am following a guide as well, they simply weren't spawning where they should be.

    I'll be making another go at it but working on the fishing event right now.
