While trying to pick up the Emissary quest for Merchant Alliance I noticed the merchant seller got bugged out. I was no longer able to get the commodity's, wood crate, or emissary quest items from them at all. My crew mate was also unable to get them from the seller. Not sure if this was caused by something or it just broke the seller

@fortunenerd happened to me yesterday as well.
I logged out and back in, happened to start at the same outpost, and found I was then able to pick them. So the game "remembered" I had bought them in the previous session.
