Can’t Buy Anything (and other connection issues)

I can’t buy anything. Nothing. I go to the Gold Hoarders and ask for a voyage. Nope. Denied. I try to buy ship parts, nope denied. I have two boards left and my ship is near death’s brink? I had a problem finding that wood crate. Ask me again. And again- and again. I can’t buy anything.

Restarting the game should fix this.

Among other connection issues, aside from rubberbanding on stairs, sometimes I get instantly kicked if I’m manning the wheel or the cannons and get struck by a cannon ball, or knocked back in any other way.

The rubberbanding is probably an internet issue, but you shouldn't keep getting kicked from the game. If restarting doesn't fix it, raise a support ticket here.

I also can’t check anything in the pirate log. It just never loads.

This is definitely an internet issue, but the loads times have been a bit longer for me. If you give it a minute or so it'll load. The best thing to do in this situation is to just check what ever you need to on the website.
