I have hundreds of hours of beign Pirate Legend. I am level 20 athenas and have most of the commedations. I just want to finish the legendary ship set but it requires Sailor of Athenas Fortune commedation. Requiring 1000 nautical miles while on athenas voyages. I have tried sailing around the map. I am getting about 4 nautical miles per hour. I have over 700 miles left to go. This means this would require almost 200 hours of just sailing. I kindly request the requirement for grade V be nerfed. Thank you

At this point they can't nerf it because it takes away from everyone who already got it. But i agree its a stupid amount of miles to sail on athena voyages, even back when all you did was athena voyages, it was still too much.
That's like saying we can't reduce the cost of education because it was expensive for the people who came before. Figure it out.

I got that commendation while chasing a ship as a reaper.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think I got 200-300 miles on my path from 0-75 in reapers.It sucks for sure, but realistically if you want to change that then you should want to change Legend of the Sea of Thieves because 500 ships is too much, and then you should want to lower Legendary Sea Dog because 240 takes too long and then and then and then etc.
I like how some cosmetics take some serious work to get. If everything was easy to get, than what's the point in getting anything? Some sets just really show what the more experienced players have done. Having the full legendary set is like saying: "I've become a Pirate Legend, and then I've done lots of sailing in the name of the Pirate Lord! I've done just about everything as a Pirate Legend."Just never forget to put a voyage on the table before you set sail, and eventually will be rewarded with the capstan. You would be even better off if you have a voyage on the table while you fight your 500 skeleton ships!
This doesn't belong on the Insider forums. Regardless, I don't think it's that bad compared to the rest of the commendations for the ship pieces. If you just have a voyage down while doing other stuff, you'll have it in no time. I finished that commendation well before the ones for the wheel and cannons.
