Can't purchase Ancient Coins

It would help others in helping you if you specified where you're trying to buy it from. MS store, Steam ?

Are you logged in ? Using the same account as your pirate ?
Tip: don't buy it from Steam if you have the MS version or the other way around.

I have bought the game on Steam, but playing through Xbox/MS afaik. My Steam account is linked to the Xbox thingy.

Everyone has to link the account to MS, do you start the game from the steam app ? Where do you update it when a new version is out &c.

You didn't answer the question about where you are trying to buy the coins …

Sorry, I bought the game yesterday so I am still pretty new to all of this.

I have just launched the game via Steam and am trying to buy the coins via the Pirate Emporium on the starting screen.

Ah, I see now. I have just purchased some coins through the Steam store instead. Tyvm.

A bit late for this post but ive just had the same problem but on xbox i brought some aincent coins on the xbox store because it wasnt allowing me to buy them in game but they havent actually been added to the game
