@huehuehueheuh first thing I always try when things are acting weird is to kill myself and make a trip through the Ferry. That fixes a surprising amount of stuff. If that doesn't work, you can drop a Support Ticket potentially.
@huehuehueheuh this happens sadly. We had to venture to a different outpost on Wednesday for the same reason.

Funnily enough, for us the other night it just simply wouldn't let any of us redeem the crate.
Didn't even give a prompt once purchased, but wouldn't let us purchase a new one.@huehuehueheuh this happens to me ALL...THE....TIME. The "fix" is to simply buy a merchant voyage. It is so frustrating, but it is a persistent bug for some players. My crewmates who sail just as much as I do rarely/never get it.
