Wont Let me buy Devils Roar Order of Souls quests, Is there anyway to fix this?

Seems like its a bug and all we can do is wait for Rare to fix it. However if you are pirate legend and enter the Pl hideout via morrows peak and purchase a voyage from the Pirate Lord, not the Legend of the Veil but ths other voyage which is basically a Gold Hoarders dig, Cargo Runs for Merchant and some bounty hunting for Oos. If you purchase the devils roar one you shod be able to get ashen skulls. Its what I do.
