Hello, i have a dell g502 gaming laptop with 32 gigs of ram, a AMD radeon RX 5600m, ryzen 7 and the game runs well, then all of the sudden theres a insane lag spike where i get anywhere from 0-25 fps and the game is unplayable. Never had this problem in the past, and it started yesterday any suggestions?

First thing I would check besides making sure everything is updated is heat.
Good ventilation/circulation, cleaned out system that doesn't have dust build up, and use something that allows you to run your fans full speed while playing (if you don't already do this)
overheating is a huge issue with laptops while gaming and typically requires some extra effort to keep things cool.
I keep mine propped up a few inches.
