It would be nice if the Glorious Sea Dog Tavern could be reopened during the Christmas holidays in Adventure mode. Where pirates could have a chat in the tavern, have a great time drinking a grog or two and playing some music. Maybe the Glorious Sea Dog Tavern can be a seperate place underneath the Sea of Thieves. Just like the Pirate Legend Hideout. This way you can make a non-PvP zone without anyone abusing it to escape an enemy player ship. Let's picture this: an NPC will be in front of the door leading inside the Glorious Sea Dog Tavern where both you and your crewmates have to come to an agreement to go inside. It could work like voting on a voyage, but instead voting to go inside a non-PvP zone that is its own place underneath the Sea of Thieves. Pirates from other crews can be there with you and your crewmates. But if there were a pirate ruining the christmas spirit by saying slurs and/or being toxic or salty, you and the pirates inside the tavern can vote-kick them out of the Glorious Sea Dog Tavern for, let's say 24 hours. If they do it a second time and they get kicked, they'll be banned from the tavern for 48 hours. And if they do it a third time, they'll be banned from the tavern for a whole year and next year's Christmas they can re-enter the tavern but they'll be warned if they do it one more time, they'll be banned from it again for another year. You can maybe add in a live event of a Christmas activity (like a group of musicians playing some Chistmas-like Sea of Thieves music) or to see the fireworks on the Sea of Thieves during New Years Eve. And if you guys are very generous, you could leave the tavern open in the Adventure mode world forever in the Sea of Thieves without it being its own area underneath it where players can go there and have a good time with others. PvP will be enabled there when Christmas is over. And you can challenge pirates to have a duel with your weaponry. Sort of like practicing head-to-head combat against other pirates. You could also meet some NPC's who are famous pirates along the waves. Like you could see Blurbs and Phuzzybond having a grog, but they're not real players, but NPC's. I know this is much to ask for but if you guys at Rare can make it possible, i'll be the happiest pirate along the waves!
