In my sloop I get an error at the shipwright. Regardless of if I scuttle, new servers, hard reset of the game. I have even renamed the ship but nothing is working. I can buy in my brig and galley.
Unable to buy captains supplies
cant buy the supplies either. this bug cost me a win yesterday as I arrived at a outpost to drop my hourglass as all I had was 3 cannonballs and 100+ wood left. then I got raided upon arrival. I went to purchase the supplies but to no avail. the people that attacked were terrible shots couldn't fight very well, had I had more supplies I would have been able to win but I got Rared.
So it turns out the issue here is If you have any captain's voyages, remove them ALL from your ship's inventory. You'll then be able to buy Captain Supplies like normal.
Why would captain's voyages be the cause of captain's supplies not functioning correctly? Heck if I know, but I hope that by the next update (which is hopefully before Xmas because the dev team will straight up not be in office until next year by that point), this issue will be fixed.

This worked for me! Chuck your useless Captain's Quests for the Supplies!

This fixed the issue for me too. I however only sold 40 out of the 46 voyages I had. The 6 voyages I kept was Ancient Veil quests.
The 46 voyages was all the prized OOS, MA, and GH voyages, mercenary commision, normal Legendary fortune voyage and the (not sold) Ancient Veil voyages. I also tried buying back a single voyage of each of the variants, but I could still continue buying captains supplies. I expect that it is not all captain's voyages that causes the issue, but rather some specific few buggy/corrupt voyages, bought before the update at Thursday 15/12, that causes the issue
This fixed it for me too. I removed the different kind of captain voyages one by one. So after i discarded most of the voyages i was only left with the athena ones. And after removing the "A Comission of Legendary Fortune" voyages i was able to buy supplies again.
So if you are also suffering from this bug and dont want to discard all your voyages, try removing all your "A Comission of Legendary Fortune" voyages (only the normal ones, not the ashen ones).
