I started having every one of my sessions since January end in a corrupt file error. I've done what the information page said about it already (Clean Uninstall, Re-install, delete the core file listed and do an integrity check to replace it, I've actually deleted the WHOLE CORE FILES contents and had it reinstalled too one of my tries... I even replaced my HD with a stable SDD and made sure all files were fixed and/or replaced. I have run an anti-virus check. I have added the executable and the entire sot folders to my windows exemptions list, I have no overclocked hardware).
I have been using Windows 10. I am up to date. My drivers are up to date (Nvidia Gforce 1060 with updates including the one released February 8th, but some of this testing was already done before the 8th update). I CANNOT get the game to STOP corrupting files. I'm running with fairly low graphics settings in game compared to what I used to just to see if that helps (it isn't). I'm getting 60+ FPS. I have 1G up/down for net. I am hardwired to the router, not on wireless. I am not overheating. I am not installing the game from the Windows store, I use the Steam Client and versions.
So. In January WHAT CHANGED? I know that this error has existed for a while, but I noticed that in January the Rare team put out an FAQ to try and help people with this problem, supposedly indicating a huge influx of users being affected. What am I missing?! I do not see anything in my system indicating Hardware Failure happening either other than moving over to booting everything off a new and stable SSD (and all files were fixed and replaced including windows and drivers to make sure there weren't errors left from the HD if any).
Have the devs or community made any progress on this bug that I haven't found yet? My gameplay is very smooth and comfortable until it just decides each session between minutes to hours that it corrupted another core file (it is never the same file). I am also not seeing any hints in my system's kernel logs or event viewer.
