As a female player I am asking the creators of SOT to please add some Bonny and Read content to the game. They were two of the most terrifying pirates to exist and were women who hid their identity by dressing like men. After defeating enemies they’d flash them so they’re last dying thought was about how they were beaten by a woman. I sail with my bf and another friend and they’re usually killed first when we’re attacked or boarded and then I pop out from below deck and surprise them that there’s one more of us and be the one to kill them. I’d love the action to flash em before they go to the ferry, like a true pirate. 💀lol

I know of Zheng Yi Sao. Seen some YouTube documentaries on her (as well as other pirates). But I'm Irish, so I am admittedly a little more biased in favour of our Pirate Queen! XD

I'm sure Kate Capsize was inspired by a lot of lady pirates, including Bonny and Read. I'm not sure how accurate pictures of Gráinne Mhaol are, considering she lived in 16th Century Ireland.
True. But Lucasarts probably chose red hair for Kate Capsize because it looked good and made her standout and be more identifiable from other characters.
I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking for. It sounds like you want an emote that flashes women’s cleavage! If so, it would never happen.
There is definitely a fair share of women’s clothing including a dress for every cosmetic set available. We even have women NPCs in the Dark Brethren. I feel like Rare has done a good job of representing women in this pirate game
