@superolipro I doubt it. When they talked about adventuring being used a method to deliver content, part of that was by not using the tall tale model.
Tall tales are much harder pn the world development. They leave behind systems that need to be maintained as the world changes. Part of why Golden Sands was such a great location for a change was that no tall tales used the island. But if you change say cannon cove, you need to adjust the Ashen winds event, all main quests, Wild Rose, and Revenge of the Morningstar (can't remember if others go there).
This is why temporary tales are awesome. They inject a bit of story, provide a quick and semi-unique (still a fetch) quest, and then we move on.
tldr. I doubt they will be converted
