Can't save items to my own ship

    It said 'This item was successfully saved to your ship',but it doesn't!
    Everytime I leave the game and start a new one,the ship figurehead sail hull remain the same as default sailor figurehead etc.
    I've bought 15 ships,only 3 of them can save items successfully.
    The best part is money for saving item is gone for good.
    Is there anyone can tell me how to fix this bug?

    yep, I've had this happen before, if need be, just submit a ticket to rare on their support site if you really want your gold back, but other than that it just stinks, and I hope they fix it soon.
