Return of the Spring Blossom Set?

Im not sure which wiki you read but the Spring Blossom Set was introduced in Season Six Plunder Pass Rewards. Its gonna be a very long time before they re-release anything from Season Six. They have only just put some stuff from Season 1 back into the shops with heavy doubloon costs.

There is a difference between regular seasonal renown sets and the additional Plunder Pass unlocks.

The Plunder Pass releases will be (or already are) available in the Emporium. The regular seasonal renown clothing cosmetics have only recently started being released in the shops for purchase with doubloons, while the season specific cosmetics (Shroudbreaker, Ocean Deep, Blue Horizon, etc.) remain time-limited and unavailable because a bunch of whiny @$$hats complained in Insiders that they didn't feel special enough if everyone could buy them and Rare caved to their fragile egos.

In Season One and Two the Plunder Pass was mostly just random bits of sets; it wasn't until Season Three/Four that it started being more of a singular set thing:

S1: Frostbite clothing set, Shroudbreaker cosmetics
S1 PP: random parts of Emporium sets

S2: Lucky Hand clothing set, Ocean Deep cosmetics
S2 PP: random parts of Emporium sets

S3: Daring Deceiver clothing set, Blue Horizon cosmetics
S3 PP: Shining Pegasus weapons and costumes, Thunderous Fury ship parts

S4: Wicked Web clothing set, Siren's Wrath cosmetics
S4 PP: Jack O' Looter ship, weapon and costume cosmetics

S5: Bell Brigade clothing set, Ancient Gold cosmetics
S5 PP: Boreal Aurora ship and costume cosmetics

S6: Naval Commander clothing set, Dark Relics cosmetics
S6 PP: Spring Blossom ship and costume cosmetics

Before Season Five, all Plunder Pass items would routinely find their way into the Emporium near the latter end of the following Season, i.e. we would get Season Three Plunder Pass stuff in the Emporium near the end of Season Four.

After Season Five, the Plunder Pass items seem to have fallen into the same category of most "will return eventually" cosmetics; that is, they will return out of the blue, at a completely arbitrary time. So far the only thing to return post-Season Five has been the Boreal Aurora shipset... and not even the costume from the same set has returned; and as you stated, this took over a year x_x
