Hi, I am a newbie in Sea of Thieves. I am so sorry if this is an absurd question.
Could you please explain me how can I play the Legend of Monkey Island on Sea of Thieves?
I have already completed the tutorial.
I am playing on XBOX
How to reach Legend of Monkey Island?
@paparug420 not necessarily, all you are doing at that point is narrowing your player pool by a significant margin. Not everyone who plays on PC is good at the game I can 100% promise you that. You're more likely to see a wider variety of skill levels just playing normally.
@hnkalpesr If you explore any outpost you will see the Castaway's camp on the beach, here you can play through the Pirates Life Tall Tales. I suspect something similar when the servers are back up and Monkey Island is available to play.
Welcome to SoT. Years ago I would not have said this, but I agree with the recommendation by @paparug420 to change preferences to Xbox only. There are many thousands of Xbox players on SoT. Doing this will make for a better experience as you get your sea legs in the game. You can always disable that seting when you are ready.

Quite a few perks to xbox preferred for xbox players
Less hostile overall, there is less pvp content being created on xbox at a streaming level. The pvp push is far more on the pc side.
People using controllers can be very very skilled but overall people are on a much more level playing field as they learn and develop their skills and figure out what kind of pirate they are.
Adventure xbox players are an entirely different vibe than what is found on a lot of pc servers. Generally speaking just more chill about the game and playing the game, more often.
I'd 100% recommend new players on xbox starting off on the preferred servers and then going from there. It's their best chance of having experiences that will attach them to the game and the environment, after that they are always free to switch.
Before more and more xbox players started going preferred I met a lot of them in the shared servers years ago in open crew and still keep in touch with some, specifically because of the adventure focus and not taking the game too seriously, which is more difficult to find on shared servers.
