@gaezoso literally the same thing going on with me. And it’s only on my m/k. I can hip fire but not down sights. And my jumping sword lunge will not work at all. I can block or swing but I can’t hold both mice buttons down to lunge. I’ve tried everything bro. I’m uninstalling and installing right now. Maybe it’ll help. Idk. But I’m big aggravated.

@i-am-death60727 I wouldn’t reinstall. This is obviously a more widespread bug. I’ve seen many people here and on Reddit talk about it. Shoot them an official bug report and hopefully on Monday they will fix it.

Unfortunately it’s unlikely to be fixed before the weekend is over, so try your best to still have a good time despite the issues.

Yeah that’s what I’ve been seeing. I hadn’t had an issue until today after I received twitch drops. It’s been frustrating for sure. I can play with a controller but it’s not my preference. I’ve tried to send a report for the bug but having no luck getting it to go through. (Clearly operator error) lol. But yeah hopefully they get it resolved quickly. Just aggravating with community weekend and it being on the fritz ya know?

I am chill because I usually work on HG during community weekends even if I already have the basic curses. However ill not be able to play at all until it gets fixed bacuse I am a complete bot with the controller :(

@gaezoso yeah bro. I feel you. Naval combat I can handle as long as I can keep them from boarding cause I can still use m/k in that sense as far as cannons and stuff. But dude this is driving me nuts. And now although I claimed all my drops yesterday it’s saying they’re locked and are being worked unlocked now. Idk what to do.

I got the drops but I didn’t really check in game as I basically logged in just to get the emote and flag and immediately switched to starfield. Now rugs are available and I’m unlocking all of them again, I’ll take a look as soon as I’ll be back home from work :/

@gaezoso all my drops were in my inventory yesterday too but idk why it allowed me to claim them again? A glitch maybe. Idk what the deal was but I know as soon as I equipped them yesterday is when the problem started for me. So idk what’s going on but I hope they get it fixed asap.

The problem is not with you equipping the drops as I never used the new ones and it is bugging the same. Tbh I can see the issue starting with the community weekend as I am quite sure to remember that I was able to double tap ppl just one hour before it starting.

As in regard to the drops: they added the rug to the drops’ campaign so they basically had to reset and restart it. For all the ppl it now shows like that you’ve unlocked them 2 times (which is basically correct) just as it happens when they reissue some of the old already given out items.

I have this exact problem also! Binding a key instead of the left mouse button works. Still annoying though.

@gaezoso yeah same. Literally 15-30 minutes before I was fine. Double taps the same. Then once community weekend hit it’s all in shambles. If you get to play before me, since the community event is over, let me know if there has been any change?

How did you reach this conclusion?

I see it a little bit strange that you are experiencing the issue since 3 weeks ago as most of the community is complaining from Saturday.

Maybe your problem is not related to ours…

After some investigation I can confirm that the issue is probably Xbox client related as I’ve found another guy having the same issue while playing Roblox and another more thinking that the problem is his Logitech mouse….

I think that there’s nothing more useful than send a bug report to Xbox live at this point.

Idk I just I’m not having the problem anywhere else but on sea of thieves all the other games I play are fine. As I’ve also gone through four mice and they all work except on sot, so idk 🤷🏼‍♂️ it’s definitely frustrating to say the least

You can confirm that other Xbox games can register both mouse buttons being clicked at the same time?

Same here... CoD worked just fine while trying out this test.. Useful test though even though it appears to be an SoT thing..

Update: I’ve sent a support ticket and the dev team is aware of the issue.

Let’s hope the fix will arrive ASAP because, at least for me, this is a no go to play the game ( I mainly do pvp and I’m the worst controller player ever XD)
