Just posting this as i couldn't find where to post a bug.
Me and a friend were doing a Legend of the Veil voyage, and we were doing the Phantom part after finding Belle @ Devil's ridge, it seems like the Phantom captain just never spawned and we couldn't complete the voyage, this was the last part we had to do before the forts so it was especially annoying since we wasted alot of time on it and couldn't complete the voyage. We killed all of the phantoms (except some of them who help you) but the captain never spawned, the phantoms who help you were also just walking around without knowing what to do because all the enemies were dead.. We then tried to kill the phantoms who help you aswell but this didn't change anything, and because you need the veil stone to complete the voyage, we had to abandon it all together.. really a shame this happened. I gotta say tho, this is the first time something like this happens and i've done the voyage over 20 times.
Hopefully the problem can be found , maybe it's just the island that is the issue with all the altitude difference and rocks? I have no idea but well.. just some feedback..
