You're signed into 2 accounts at the same time.

Currently, and this is an issue. You cannot sign into 2 accounts to access Gamepass for SoT.

The account that has game pass needs to set the console You're playing on as it's home console.

I found it also affects Borderlands.

It works for other games the way you're used to.

You will need to get a second gamepass sub or change the gamepass sub to your Xbox as the home xbox. For now.

This isn't true I share gamepass with my nefew and we both play sot together the issue comes from having multiple accounts signed in on the same xbox like if you've been using an alt on another game, I haven't had home on my xbox for 3 years now

You are correct. That will work fine, Gamepass accounts can play. Even on a non home xbox.
Others can play on the GP home xbox. What is happening is people are signing into a
GP account on a non home xbox to access GP, and also signing into an second non GP account to play. It worked fine up to S11.
