PC: Option to disable the use of mouse n keyboard for a session.

    As the headline reads.
    I would love to have a feature added where you as a pc player can join game sessions with enforced Controller play.

    this is because my friend does not own a pc and i do not own a console.
    so when we play toghter he is using a controller but is forced to play against players with mouse n keyboard due to me.

    So if it was possible to disable the use of mouse n keyboard on the pc in favor of getting to play on servers where every one is using controller so we all are on even terms in regards to pvp that would be nice

    What stops people from just swapping back to mouse n keyboard once they are in a controller only server?

    @itz-majman the same thing that happened in halo. keyboard just didn't work in game and only worked in the pause menu.

    @fregor89 just adapt playstyle, pc players don't have any advantage with naval just close quarters combat so try to force all fights to suit that. Its how I generally play anyway as its not my strongsuit

    I personally would not want that. Controller servers a free of cheaters/hackers and that would open the door for them.

    If they make it work, perfect. Tends to be loopholes and exploits to get passed it though but hoping for the best

    @fregor89 id rather not. It's already easy to beat the console only preference I would hate to see it become even easier. It's not that pc players have an overwhelming advantage over others, it's just that the advantage that they do have feels worse when applied.

    Before getting rid of console only players becomes an option, rare need to have a serious conversation about rebalancing the weapons do that the eor isn't so versatile and the blunder isn't a one hit kill. Or hit reg needs to get resolved.

    @itz-majman the idea is that its enforced so you wont be able to use it in the game.
    so that you wont be able to use mouse n keyboard in that session.. for them to work again you will have to leave the session.. but say you rejoin it then you MnK will be disabled once again
