All Tall Tales Locked, SOS.

    so I decided to start a fresh new save after playing for two years, but when I loaded it in and attempted to do the first tall tale it was locked, and I was unable to do so. For some reason, I am unable to do any of the tall tales without other people who have access to them. I've looked around and I'm not stuck in any tutorials. Please help.

    Maybe you need to complete the Maiden Voyage first. I'm not sure.

    Are you trying to start them from the voyage table or from the book on the island? Try the book on the island if you are using the table.

    @supersonic24146 Try completing the Gold Hoarders tutorial voyage from the captains table. I've been hearing this works pretty well. Once it's completed it should unlock the tall tales
