since a majority of PS5 players can’t play this game for more than 2 mins at a time, you should just refund everyone who bought it and just remove it from ps5. It worked on xbox and pc but You guys tried on ps5 and failed miserably. I definitely want a refund for a game I can’t even play. It’s more frustrating than fun. Just look at other threads abouut ps5 players complaining about disconnect issues. You guys are working on adding new stuff to store but who’s going to buy them when they can’t even play the game?

This is an odd one, the majority (if not all) PlayStation players I know are all sailing fine.
Have you tried reaching out to our Player Support team to report your issue?
Also, if you need to discuss a refund/return you need to return to your point of sale to get a refund. So if you bought it from the PlayStation store - head there!
lol then you haven’t seen the other ps5 disconnect issue threads wanting refunds . I disconnect and link my account more than I’m actually able to play the game. It’s a great game when I can actually play but that’s a RARE occasion (pun intended)

My guess is that musicmee has seen all of the ps5 related post my friend. Also, anecdotally I’ve run into ps5 players in game a LOT since the beginning of May., and the loot on their ships frequently indicates that they’ve been online for more than 2 minutes.
But with that said, there have been a lot of connectivity issues going around recently it seems. As a PC Steam player I apparently don’t experience any of those issues, but some Xbox players I play with had some major, since resolved issues.
@captgumby aren’t you able to reconnect and still keep your loot? Any connective issues they have will be fixed. Stop acting like it’s easy to develop servers. PS5 SOT was an amazing idea. They’ll knock those kinks out eventually.

Have you tried reaching out to support to see if there is a resolve to the issue you are having rn? Or tried reinstalling? Just because there are a few posts on it does not mean its common, nor does it mean that there is no fix to it at all, and if you have yet to reinstall or contact support before demanding refunds, you really should.
so then why am I not getting disconnected from other games I play on ps5 but only with this game?
I have verizon fios probably the best service for internet connection. If it was a me problem then I wouldn’t have complained. But it only happens for this game.
