Adding custom rowboats that can be purchased similar to personal ships. You can load into the game with a custom rowboat with its own livery, oars and attachments. So you could load in with a cannon rowboat or a harpoon one etc.
On this same topic a rowboat that spawns with an explosive barrel strapped to the front used to ram other ships would be neat.
