So can someone who actually works in the marketing department please explain to me why the hell Rare is spitting in the faces of every player who bought the season 10 plunder pass? I did all the work to get all the storm chaser stuff but now I have to pay an extra 500 ancient coins for a curse!? Why is it that all the other outfits from plunder passes never got updates yet this one does and it's something that you can't even earn normally. I would like an actual logical explanation rather than the deflection I'm getting from player support.

@gingergiant45 if you’ve already spoken to support, that’s all you’re gonna get as an answer. Very unlikely someone from Rare is going to take the time to answer your question why they made the development choice, assigned it to the emporium, and priced it the way they did. Short answer which you’re just going to have to accept, is they did it because they wanted to. You don’t have to buy it at the end of the day, but those who want to can.
Am I the only one not bothered at all by emporium curse? Maybe it's because I wasn't going to buy it/earn it regardless of what I would've had to pay/do. It's cool, but it's not 'that cool' to me personally.
I mean if they kept adding curses to the emporium, that's one thing, but this is the first time and the backlash has been crazy. I think Rare got the point.. or so I hope.. but I'm just not that invested in this fight and I'm wondering who else isn't.
My main concern is with dice rollers and loss farmers devaluing my hourglass curses like crazy over time. You'd have to be an absolute weirdo to walk around proudly wearing a pvp curse you didn't even fight for. Those people are like random homeless guys who pretend to be disabled Vietnam combat veterans.

Or maybe they just really really like the cosmetic and wanna roleplay a golden skelly. You really can't know everyone's reason for such a tedious farm.
I know I'll def NOT loss farm for weeks just for one cosmetic, no matter how cool it looks, but that's just me.PS. and why devaluing? You still remain a good PvP player and it will show. Them? Will be pretty much a laughing stock the moment someone engages them and figures out they're actually very bad at pvp.
