Poison darts should be reworked to deal 40 poison damage per hit, capping at 80% of a players total health. Any health lost to poison should be unrecoverable until the poison effect wears off.
This would make the poison dart ideal for weakening enemies especially those with lots of high quality food. You would need to finish them off with your second weapon tho which I think plays into the blowguns identity.
The poison effect would need to be clearly visualised on the healthbar.
