    tried unlocking the regal fortune cutlass, pistol and double barrel pistol. I reached grade 4 and it’s not unlocking.

    I think it requires grade 6 (VI), not grade 4 (IV).

    bumping this back up as I just bought the pistol and it isn't appearing in my locker at all lol. the cutlass appeared fine though

    @cody2690 sometimes it can require a relog for purchased items to appear.

    It is always stated that, if a cosmetic purchase, gift or drop is not appearing give it up to 72 hrs, if it has not arrived then submit a support ticket.
