Midnight Blunderbuss

I accept all criticism here.
I bring up the midnight blunderbuss because I have only ever seen it be available on three occasions.
The two legitimate occasions I'm aware of, by purchasing a hard drive and a twitch con event in San Diego. The last, scalpers across the web charging 100s or 1000s.
I want to humbly ask that there be another event that this could be the reward for doing as every other or most other blackdog items have been made available in a couple ways.
