ancient coins sails problem

    hello, I spent 2600 ancient coins in the shop but I didn't receive the sails, only the flag, am I the only one? xd

    A friend got their items but I have not received mine. YMMV.

    EDIT: If you are impatient, you can spend another 2000 coins and will immediately get the sails and flag. Otherwise, wait for the content to be unlocked after the promotion ends as per the terms.

    I haven't checked in game from the dock yet but I just checked my items from the website and "Ancient Coin Sails" are showing up for my account.

    I checked the flag box and the ancient coin flag is there.

    I guess some people are getting the sails right away.

    With the way they worded the promo I think it'll (unfortunately) mean that some will have to wait, if they don't show up in a day or two.

    Does this mean i have to wait until January 11th to put in a ticket for not getting them or what?

    Same here, I spent more than 4000 ancient coins but still no flag and no sails received. Maybe the patience is the key!

    I would say wait. You may just get a copy/paste of that sentence or the 72 hour one.
    I also don't work for support so if they're not flooded maybe you'll get a response sooner?

    Support said if you don't get them in 72 hours you can submit support ticket.
